I’ve lived at CP for going on three years. Over the three years I’ve had a lot of experiences with the office, maintenance, and the community here. The office staff are incredible. Skye and Robyn are kind, and go out of their way to help residents. When I call for anything they answer and promptly forward the message if need be. The maintenance men are also very kind. They work with me since I have a dog. They will give me a call before entering my unit, and even warn me before so I can make sure my dog is properly secured. The community at colonial parke is unbeatable. I’ve made an entire friend group living here who I spend all of my time with. There’s plenty of space to walk, parking is easy, and it’s generally pretty peaceful around here. I love it so much that I am upgrading to a two bedroom! It’s doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but the price is reasonable for where you are living. I’d recommend it to those looking for a happy little life place to make friends and be a part of a loving community.

I lived here for four years up through this Feb, 2024. I always had pleasant interactions with staff - both maintenance and office- and any issues I ever had were addressed promptly. This is a great location and I felt very safe and comfortable living here with my now 12 year old son.

Colonial Parke in Wilmington is a beautiful, quiet and all around Great Place to live. Helpful and caring staff to make your experience fast, easy and proficient.Beautiful well maintained common and outdoor areas. Fast and friendly maintenance. Apartments are continuously upgraded and well kept. I personally had an amazing experience at Colonial Parke and would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 No question. Thank you!

I’ve lived here for almost three years and it’s been great. I’ve made maintenance calls both during office hours and after hours - all with excellent results. Maintenance and office staff alike are extremely responsive, very friendly and will listen to any complaint or suggestion. I feel safe here and the area is well kept. Lived here for 2 years. The staff here is great, very responsive to every need or problem I had. loved the hammocks, gazebos, outside furniture comfy ( I used it to read). rent is affordable. convenient location.

Colonial Parke is a great place to live. From the extremely nice stuff in the office, and the very nice grounds crew and maintenance guys. The neighbors are quite, never any parties or lond music. Just a friendly environment to live and you are close to everything and anything you might need. From restaurants, banks, shopping stores and even cleaning your car! Overall an amazing apt to live in!

I moved here just a couple weeks ago from across the country. I rented I online, sight unseen, and I was apprehensive that I may not like it when I finally got here. My concerns were unfounded. Colonial Parke staff is wonderful, the property is well-maintained and managed. I love my apartment; it is nicely updated and attractive. My neighbors are friendly. I am so pleased.

I’ve been here for almost three years now, and haven’t had one complaint. It’s nice to be able to have a dog park available at any time of the day. Although covid had the pool closed last summer, it’s open this summer and the new lounge furniture and plants have made it feel brand new, and the water stays pretty clear. There’s cozy little hide always and different little gardens hidden all around the grounds, and I love to explore each one and see what kindve flowers and trees they’ve got growing in that specific area. Not to mention our trade-a-book stands, which I love to go through and also donate to often. It’s a good price for a nice apartment, in a beautiful complex, located in a prime location for people who love to shop, foodies, students, and more.

The maintenance men that came to my apartment today were amazing! Very detailed, informative and kind!
