Pets are residents too! We love them here at Colonial Parke!
Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs and cats. However, we cannot accommodate any breeds considered aggressive, breeds that have the potential to weigh more than fifty (50) pounds based on breed standards or any mix of these breeds. We have a 2 pet limit and both animals must equal fifty (50) pounds or less combined!
Exotic pets are not permitted for liability reasons. (Snakes, spiders, ferrets, iguanas, narwhals, giraffes!)
Restricted breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Wolf Hybrid, Beauceron, St. Bernard, Belgian Malinois, and all "mixes" of above breeds.
Don't forget to pop in the office for treats!
