  1. How much are your fees?
    $50 Application Fee/Per Individual, $100 Admin Fee, $500 Security Deposit-- We offer "short term" leases (6-11 months) for an additional $60 per month * Subject to change
  2. Do you allow pets?
    Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs and cats. However, we cannot accommodate any breeds considered aggressive, breeds that have the potential to weigh more than fifty (50) pounds based on breed standards or any mix of these breeds. We have a 2 pet limit and both animals must equal fifty (50) pounds or less combined!
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes. All pets must be pre-approved by and registered with the office. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. (Subject to change without notice.)
  4. What are the income and credit qualifications?

  5. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    When visiting our community, each individual that wishes to tour an apartment must present government issued, photo identification, such as a driverís license or ID card.
  6. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Water and sewer are provided free of charge. There is a monthly fee of $12 added to each lease to cover the cost of trash removal. (Subject to change without notice.)
  7. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes. This coverage is reasonably priced and easy to obtain through most insurance carriers. Please provide this after application approval!
  8. Is there a way to set up automatic monthly payments for my rent?
    Yes. For your convenience automatic monthly bank draft rental payments may be set up through the Colonial Parke office. Never have to write a check again!
  9. Is there an onsite laundry facility?
    No, there is not a laundry facility onsite. However, every apartment includes a washer and dryer!
  10. I have a boat, where can I park it?
    Our property offers ample parking with large spaces conveniently designed for boats and other personal water craft.
  11. Do you have cable services?
    The most up to date cable, telephone and internet services are available through Spectrum.
  12. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Our community does not allow the installation of any outside antennas or satellite dishes.
  13. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes. Our community has an expansive sparkling swimming pool located near the office.
  14. What are the other community amenities?
    We also have a tennis court, kid's play area, dog park, gazebos with bench swings, pergola gathering area, grilling pavilion, lending library, a hammock area, several picnic areas with charcoal grills and a one-of-a-kind park area.
