Colonial Parke is perfectly located just minutes from both Interstate 40 and historic downtown Wilmington. Traveling west on Market Street, turn left at Chick-Fil-A onto New Centre Drive. We're approximately 1/8 mile on right.  Traveling south on South College Road, turn right onto New Centre Drive. We're approximately 1/2 mile on the left.
