Online Payment Please click the link below to login to RentPayment.com and make your payment. As a reminder, all online payments must be received before 5:00 PM on the 5th day of each month. If a payment is submitted after 5:00 PM on the 5th, a 5% late fee must be included with your payment. If the late fee is not included, it will automatically be charged to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Checking or Savings Account Payments: When making an online payment using your checking or savings account, YOU MUST ADD the processing fee of $2.00 to your total payment amount. The $2.00 processing fee will automatically be added to all payments initiated by Colonial Parke staff.
