  • Do you allow pets?Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs and cats. You may have up to two (2) cats OR one (1) dog in your apartment. However, we cannot accommodate any breeds considered aggressive, breeds that have the potential to weigh more than forty (40) pounds based on breed standards or any mix of these breeds.
  • Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?Yes. All pets must be pre-approved by and registered with the office. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. (Subject to change without notice.)
  • What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?When visiting our community, each individual that wishes to tour an apartment must present government issued, photo identification, such as a driverís license or ID card.
  • What are the income and credit qualifications?In order to learn more about our application process, please view our Qualifying Criteria.

  • What utilities are included in my lease?Water and sewer are provided free of charge. There is a monthly fee of $10 added to each lease to cover the cost of trash removal. (Subject to change without notice.)
  • Am I required to have renters insurance?Yes. This coverage is reasonably priced and easy to obtain through most insurance carriers.
  • Is there a way to set up automatic monthly payments for my rent?Yes. For your convenience automatic monthly bank draft rental payments may be set up through the Colonial Parke office. Never have to write a check again!
  • I have a boat, where can I park it?Our property offers ample parking with large spaces conveniently designed for boats and other personal water craft.
  • Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?Our community does not allow the installation of any outside antennas or satellite dishes.
  • Do you have cable services?The most up to date cable, telephone and internet services are available through Time Warner Cable.
  • Does the property have a swimming pool?Yes. Our community has an expansive sparkling swimming pool located near the office.
  • Is there an onsite laundry facility?Yes. Our community has an onsite laundry facility featuring the latest in technology - machines that can notify you via text or e-mail of when your laundry is done and allow the convenient use of your credit or debit card instead of coins or a separate laundry card.
  • What are the other community amenities?We also have a tennis court, playground, several picnic areas with charcoal grills and a one-of-a-kind park area.
